How does our remote support work?

Both Komatsu's dozers and iMC excavators are equipped with internet modems, allowing Komatsu's intelligent Machine Control engineers to connect to the machine from the office. It is an excellent tool, often eliminating the need to travel to the construction site, which makes the value of Komatsu smart machines even greater.
