As a part of the cooperation, Komatsu Poland offers free inspections of the machine's technical condition and chassis wear. Cyclical visits of technical advisors using Komatsu equipment allow to assess the technical condition of the machine and the degree of chassis wear on an ongoing basis and thus we can plan repairs of wear elements in advance to avoid major breakdowns and, consequently, unplanned machine downtime. The customer gains greater reliability and availability of machines and as a result of production continuity and lower equipment operation costs.
